Hampstead Heath is one of Benjamin's favourite places in the world.

It is very rare for more than a week to go by without him visiting what he thinks has to be North London's most beautiful open space.  It is a great place for all seasons.

Parliament Hill makes a wonderful location for tabogganing in the snow.  In fact, he and partner Nathan have recently discovered that it is brilliant fun to go there in the middle of the night, when the crowds have polished th snow to ice, and the night has frozen it like glass.  You can sail down the hill for miles, at speeds that make you shriek like a girl.

The ponds are excellent for a Summer swim.  Spring on the Heath is all about picnics, and the Autumn brings low-lying mists and spooky apparitions.  It attracts wonderful people, and it's for this reason that Benjamin made the film Hampstead Heath: The Musical.
